Their archive image extraction feature has some special rules: Maximum file size 45MB (1.5MB per image), maximum 30 images in one archive, sub folders are allowed. Does not specifically say if it does or doesn't allow adult images, but on their upload form they have an option 'Image content: For All/For Adult Only'.
They do allow full size hotlinking, but if the site you're hotlinking on isn't allowed (which is most sites) you will see a thumbnail of the image instead of the full size. The host was tailored for the site SomethingAwful and allows full size hotlinking there. Sometimes contains not safe for work ads.
